An Adobe/Procreate production (Photoshop+Painter)

EDIT: Deviation re-uploaded. Since it was done with a broken monitor, the colors turned up a lot brighter than it was intended. For this reason, I retouched the image a bit, by making it a little darker. I also retouched the hair by adding darker shades.
